Return and Refund Policy

We want your AquaVela order to arrive in good condition and match what you selected at checkout. If something is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, clean, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

For hygiene reasons, used showerheads, used filter cartridges, and opened replacement filter elements cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If approved, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

How to start a return
Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return shipping
If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will help resolve the issue. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless required otherwise by local consumer law. Original shipping fees may not be refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Product expectations
AquaVela is positioned as a handheld shower upgrade with a replaceable cartridge, rainfall-style spray, and one-touch pause control. Filtration performance and replacement timing depend on local water conditions and usage. We do not guarantee medical, skin, hair, or exact water-quality results unless officially stated with verified test documentation.
